Customer Prep List for upcoming appointments

  1. Have driveway clear to home entrance for our Big Duct Trucks.
  2. Have all areas to vents and furnaces clear from debris.
  3. Have new furnace filter and humidifier pad on hand prior to appointment.
  4. Though we love meeting all our customers, we know that not everyone can be home during their scheduled appointment times. No need to worry, we will send all pictures, etc., when the job has been completed.
  5. If you have pets, no problem. We ask that you put them in another room and we can move them around as needed to complete the job as needed.
  6. If you work from home, no problem. We will work around you. 
  7. Cold air returns can sometimes be cleaned without having to remove them, however that depends on the location and if they are sealed or not.
